Can I travel with children?
Yes.
Please note that while all seats have adult seatbelts, child restraints and booster seats are available only on request. Note that NSW law requires that all children under 7 years of age require a capsule, car seat or booster seat (depending on their age). It is not possible to travel with an infant or child of any age on your lap.
Where do you pick up from for the Hunter Valley wine tours?
We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from most Sydney city hotels and locations, as well as Kings Cross, Potts Point, Darling Harbour, The Rocks and more. We can also pickup anywhere along the Pacific Highway heading north from the city towards the F3 freeway, and other points of departure, by arrangement.
What are the pick up and drop off times for the wine tours?
We pick up between 7.20am and 8:00 a.m. depending on hotel location. You can get an indication on our Pick-Up Times page, but note that exact times will be notified upon booking confirmation. Please allow at least 10 minutes margin for traffic conditions. Drop off is about 6.00 to 6.30 p.m.
What happens at lunch time?
You can either enjoy a cafe lunch with the group for $125pp (including tour and lunch), do your own thing at the many cafes and restaurants, or upgrade to our fabulous Gourmet Lunch Tour for $165pp (including tour and lunch).
What's different about your Hunter Valley wine tour?
We're the most flexible Hunter tour you'll find, creating an itinerary to suit you that is fresh every day. We focus on the small boutique wineries for a genuine experience. Our guides are the best! - professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A maximum of 14 passengers means personal attention. We've spared no expense making the Mercedes comfortable - full height reclining seats, lap/sash seat belts, air-conditioning, onboard TV/DVD and fridge. We also know the wines of the Hunter Valley intimately.
What's included?
Expert guidance, plenty of wine tastings, a guided behind-the-scenes tour of the wine making process, city pick-up and drop-off from your hotel.
Do we have to do everything as a group?
No. We are happy to take individuals to different wineries or lunch venues or wherever. That's why our flexibility is a bonus!
Which wineries do you visit?
This is entirely flexible. We have taken people to over 80 different wineries so far, mostly to small boutique wineries with character wines. We love a challenge! Let us know what your preferences are on the day and we will customise a great day for you in the Hunter Valley.
What days do you operate?
Every day of the week, year round. Please book ahead to avoid disappointment, as our tours are popular! We do not operate on Christmas Day or New Year's Day (25 December & 1 January).
How do I book?
Over the internet via the Secure Booking Form or email us. By phone call our 24 hour service on (02) 9499 5444. Payment is taken by credit card when booking to confirmm your place. Gift Vouchers are also available.
Are overnight wine tours possible?

What is your cancellation policy?
Tours can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Less than 24 hours notice incurs a full charge on the credit card provided.
Accommodation packages may be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Less than 48 hours notice incurs a full charge on the credit card provided. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for more details.
Are you accredited?
Yes, we are a licensed tour operator #TA5510. The owner has 14 years experience in the tourism industry. We have Ministry of Transport accreditation and the maximum Public Liability Insurance.
Are gift vouchers available?

Should we tip the guide?
Tipping is not compulsory in Australia but is used to reward great service. If you have had an exceptional day feel free to reward our drivers with a tip (very much appreciated).
