Boutique Wine Tours Gift Voucher Promotion
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, simply purchase a Boutique Wine Tours gift voucher for travel to the Hunter Valley before Christmas Eve, 2008. Gift voucher may be for a standard Boutique Wine Tour, with or without a cafe or gourmet lunch option, or for a Wine Country Accommodation Package. Purchase may be made by telephone or via the online Booking Form. Once your payment is confirmed, you're in the draw!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to persons aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion and the immediate family of these people are ineligible.
3. Multiple entries permitted, one entry for each gift voucher purchased during the qualifying period.
4. Promotion commences on 20 Ocboter, 2008. Entries close at 5.00pm AEDST on 24 December, 2008. The draw will take place at 793-795 Pacific Highway, Gordon NSW 2072 on 29 December, 2008 at 10.30am AEDST. The winner will be notified by mail and their name will be published on the Boutique Wine Tours website (www.boutiquewinetours.com.au) by 5pm 29 December, 2008. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The first valid entry drawn will win a Wine Country Accommodation Package for two (2) people in the Hunter Valley, valued at $900. Prize includes one night's accommodation for two people in a King Deluxe Room at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley; Two one day Hunter Valley Wine Tours for two people with Boutique Wine Tours; Full Breakfast Buffet for two people at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley; Gourmet 2 course lunch for two people in the Hunter Valley, with a glass of wine; Complimentary pick up and drop off from a Sydney CBD hotel or central location. The prize is not transferable for cash. Spending money, any flights, meals, taxes, insurance, vaccinations, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Prize must be booked and taken by 30 June, 2009 and is subject to booking availability. Prize should be taken Sunday to Friday (Saturday night dependent on availability only).
6. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. Any unused balance of the prize will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including 48 hours notice for any changes and cancellations. Otherwise the booking will be terminated and a 100% cancellation fee will be apply, i.e. cost of prize will not be refunded.
7. Any costs in excess of the value of the voucher (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be responsible for their own travel to and from Sydney.
8. Total prize value AU$900. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 12 January, 2009 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the event of a winner, their name will be published on the Boutique Wine Tours website (www.boutiquewinetours.com.au) by 5pm 12 January, 2009.
10. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably an-ticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
